Michael David Mixed Media Etching "Miguel Series III"

Item Details

An original mixed media etching with Canon photo transfer and encaustic pochoir on wove paper with exposed deckled edges by well-listed artist Michael David (Nevada/New York, 1954 -), titled Miguel Series I, dated 1993. The piece depicts a layered composition made of up gritty geometric shapes and Arabic text printed in soft tones of black, red, green, and white. The piece is titled, numbered 17 in an edition of 45, and hand-signed in pencil by the artist to the lower margin. This piece is float mounted on a white ground, behind acrylic glass, in a simple wood frame. A hanging wire is attached to the verso for hanging.
