Vintage 1970s Framed Print of the Chisholm Trail

A vintage, framed print of the Chisholm Trail from 1977. The print features hues of brown to depict a swamp scene, with a sign mounted to a tree reading ‘Chisolm Trail.’ ‘Chisolm’ is likely misspelled and referencing the Chisholm Trail running from Kansas to Texas, used to drive cattle in the nineteenth century. The print is signed in plate to the lower right ‘Cullar ’77.’ Professionally framed by Earl’s Frame Shop in July 1977. Housed in an intentionally unfinished wooden frame, ready to hang by wire.
