Memphis Group Marble Top Table by Peter Shire
Item Details
A Memphis Furniture marble topped side table by Peter Shire (b. 1947). The base and stand are black stained wood, and the piece has a round marble top. Los Angeles based artist Shire was the only American member of the Memphis movement, which started in Italy in the early 1980s and was known for their bright, experimental, post-modern style.
