A group of three Beatrix Potter’s storybook porcelain figurines. Potter (1866-1943) was an English author, illustrator, natural scientist, and conservationist who is best known for her children’s books. Her most famous work, The Tale of Peter Rabbit, provided the character inspiration for the figurines in this listing. Produced in color by Frederick Warne & Co. and made from Beswick England porcelain between 1955-1972. Includes Anna Maria, Johnny Townmouse and The Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe.
