A 1998 History of the Railroads Silver Medal Collection from the American mint. Includes Fourteen .999 Silver Medals with different Trains represented on each. Diameter: 40 mm. Weight: 20 grams (each). Also includes one smaller ‘Best Friend of Charleston’ Medal which is 30 mm and 8.5 grams. Total weight of silver coins: 288.5 grams. Presented in two wood cases which are 10 5/8′ × 9 1/8′ × 1′ each. Very good condition.
