Vintage Roseville "Cosmos" Basket Vase

Item Details

A vintage Roseville art pottery basket vase in the Cosmos pattern. The charming form features Art Deco elements such as the raised shielded crests to rim, as well as a sinuous looping handle and large embossed floral motif. The circular base exhibits a stippled texture and the matte glaze ranges in color from green to gold, with ivory and pale pink flower heads. Handwritten shape number 358 and barely visible embossed script Roseville mark to underside of base.

Condition

- hairline crack and a black scuff mark to handle.
