A Philander Begay sterling silver Navajo bolo tie. The silver slide is a tufa cast trapezoid shape with an image of a Navajo woman to the front and four Kingman turquoise stones side by side to the bottom. It has a raised edge and black braided leather, with hand made cast silver tips. It is marked ‘PPB / 925’. Begay is a noted Navajo silversmith expert in the lost art of tufa casting silver.

Dimensions

- measured for shipping. The slide is 2" wide and 3.75" in length and the tie itself measures 23.5". The Kingman turquoise stones measure 3.5mm x 4.9mm. The pendant weighs approximately 3.149 ozt.
