A ‘The Final Curtain’ commemorative numbered plaque from the demolished Albee Theatre. The E.F. Albee Theatre on 5th Street in Cincinnati was considered one of the finest movie palaces, an elegant monument to the golden years in show business. Opened in 1927 in French Renaissance style architecture, it was demolished in 1977. The certification on the reverse plaque notes the authenticity of material from the final stage curtain, removed in 1976, and is numbered #A0019.
