Shaker Style Antique Dower Chest

A Shaker style antique dower chest. The dower chest is cedar and is fitted with an interior shelf. The chest stands on on two stylized legs to the ends which stretch to four feet. The dower chest is painted by a contemporary artist in the style of early Shaker, Lancaster County dower chests.
