Victorian Oak Sideboard

Item Details

An antique oak sideboard. The piece has a straight pediment with a beveled mirror directly below. On either side there is two accenting columns with an acanthus leaf design that lowers down in to scroll work and ends with accenting acanthus leaf. The piece has a simple unadorned top with a slightly bow front. The piece has a central compartment with a scrollwork and medallion in the center. The piece has a brass pull. On either side there are two drawers with acanthus leaf pulls. The piece lowers down to a large draw with brass pulls. The bottom rail has beadwork design and rests on four legs. The piece is unmarked by the manufacturer.

Condition

Some foxing on the mirror, with finish loss to the top in multiple areas.
