A pair of chunky heels by Luc Berjen of Paris designed in a black and brown striped elastic fabric exterior with ornamental elastic lacing on the front and brown leather pull straps atop the leather band at the back of the heel. The interiors are lined with brown leather and marked in gold tone print. These heels have black Italian leather bottoms with shaped chunky heels. Made in Italy.
