Rogers Silver Plate Footed Tray

Item Details

A large Rogers silver plate two handled Georgian style tray. The surface of the tray features an elaborate shell and foliate pattern with shells and ‘C’ curves surrounding a central cartouche. The rim of the tray is gadrooned and the corners and handles ornamented with scallop shells. The tray rests on four scrolled feet. The verso is stamped Trademark/1883/FRogers/Silver Co/7737.

Condition

Wear consistent with age and use.
