An original watercolor painting on paper by contemporary English painter Norman Chesworth (1935-), titled Letcombe Regis – Oxon. The painting depicts a street scene in the village of Letcombe Regis in Oxfordshire. A woman in a green dress walks past a small stone cottage as soft sunlight dapples the scene. The painting is signed to the lower left. It is double-matted in chartreuse and white and is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with gold tone finish. A tag on the verso gives the piece’s title. The painting is wired to hang.
