An 18K yellow gold ring with platinum top featuring an oval cut blue sapphire stone, which has been heat treated showcasing a dark tone with a strong greenish blue saturation, surrounded by 12 diamonds. There are ten old European cut diamonds, measuring approximately 2.5mm x 2.5mm x 1.6mm and 0.64 ctw., and there are two round brilliant cut, measuring approximately 2.2mm x 2.5mm and 0.10 ctw.; they have an SI1-SI1 clarity and I-J color with an approximate overall size of 0.74 ctw. Inner shank is marked 750.
