A Neil David Corn Kachina acrylic on canvas. Neil David (1944 – ) is a Hopi artist who often carved and painted kachina dolls. This Abstract Expressionist piece shows a kachina holding a bowl of corn with the city underneath their cloak. The artist signed it on the lower right side. The piece is matted in red velvet and framed in a rusticated wood frame. The back is wired for hanging.
