U.S. Navy Military Commander Formal 'Dress Blues' Uniform

A U.S. Navy Military Commander’s formal ‘Dress Blues’ uniform. This navy blue uniform is made of a polyester and wool blend and features a short waist jacket and matching slacks with four gold stripes and a star embroidered to each sleeve. **Note – Jacket was the property of a retired U.S. Navy Commander and Carrier Pilot plus graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
