Signed Limited Edition Louis Icart "Love's Awakening" Framed Etching
Item Details
A hand signed limited edition Louis Icart framed etching titled Love’s Awakening (1928). This etching depicts a nude woman in heels lying on a bed of white fur and black plumage with an apple in one hand and a green snake encircling the opposite arm. The etching is marked ‘A 186/350’ to the bottom left of the etching and is signed on the bottom right in graphite. The oval etching is matted and encased in a gilded ornate frame under glass.
