Sligh Grandfather Clock

A Sligh grandfather clock. This clock features a walnut case with parquetry shell detail on the pediment. The clock has a silver tone and gold tone metal face that drops to a doored cabinet that houses the weights and gears of the clock. A fluted pilaster is present at either side of the glass cabinet. A plaque on the inside of door reads, ‘Model 0977-1-AN, Reg. 230-0049-13, Movement 500-0086, Dial 538-0086, Pendulum 560-0055’.
