A collection of naval fiction books that includes the boxed set of Patrick O’Brian’s The Complete Aubrey/Maturin Novels (Norton & company, New York). This first edition set is complete in five volumes. Each volume has a sewn in ribbon bookmark. Several books in the the Hornblower series written by C.S. Forester are part of this collection. Other naval fiction writers include Herman Melville, W. Clark Russell, and Kenneth Roberts.
Condition
Condition ranges from very good to fair consistent with age and usage. The covers show fraying with several having foxed pages.
