A grouping of four books illustrated by N.C. Wyeth, the renowned American artist and illustrator. The four books contain multiple color illustrations throughout the text. Included are the two titles without an illustrated front cover Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson (1911) and The Boy’s King Arthur edited by Sidney Lanier (1924). With pictorial front labels by Wyeth are the books The Black Arrow: A Tale Of the Two Roses by Stevenson (1916) and Westward Ho! by Charles Kingsley (1920). All were published by Charles Scribner’s Sons, New York.

Condition

Shelf wear consistent with age and usage. Some lose of pictorial front cover, bumped corners, and foxing are evident. One has a cracked front cover and a broken back cover.
