An offset lithograph after work by French artist Jacques Majorelle (1886 -1962). The art for this travel poster for Le Maroc or Morocco was created in 1923 in the Art Nouveau style. It depicts a tall castle like building set in prominently the center with rolling fields and tall mountains behind. It has text along the top that reads, ‘Federation des Syndicats D’Initiative et de Tourisme du Moroc’ and text along the boot reading, ‘Le Maroc, Le Grand Atlas, Vallee d’Ounila’. This poster comes framed in a bright red metal frame.
