Kawamura Bunpō Woodblock Print "Reeds and Trees"
Item Details
A woodblock print by Japanese artist Kawamura Bunpō (河村 文鳳, 1779–1821) titled, Reeds and Trees. This print, divided into two plates, depicts reeds of grasses in one and small trees in the other. This print originated from a book of woodblock prints by Bunpō printed in 1811 called, A Guide to Chinese Painting. The print comes matted in a light olive green and in a birds eye maple laminate wood frame.
