A vintage 10K yellow gold ring (falsely marked as 14k on the shank) with a square cut synthetic color change sapphire 10.2 × 8.22 mm, FS 7 1/2. The ring is designed with five brushed gold ribs to each shank, and four lobed elements to the top and base of the setting. Size 7.5.
