Grouping of Chinese Blue and White Items Inculding Blue Canton
Item Details
A grouping of six Chinese blue and white items. The group includes three small pitchers, one bowl, a teacup and a dish. The three small pitchers are matching and feature landscape scenes with a scalloped motif to the rim. The small dish has a design of a man dancing with elongated sleeves. A small bowl features a dragon depiction to the interior center and wildlife to the exterior surface. The teacup has a Chinese character to the bowl and has a label attributing the piece to the Qianlong reign, circa 1750. The piece, however, likely dates from the Republic period (1912-1949).
