The volumes have leather covers and spines in shades of green, brown, red, and blue. Each volume has a mother, child, and globe embossed in the center, and a capitol building, ship, industrial building, and telescope in each of the four corners. Included are The Child and His World, Stories of Science, Great Industries, Our Country in Romance, Around the World and Leaders of All Times.
