The clock is an antique dial skeleton clock, model 70504-000701.The clock gets its name from the unique construction of the clock that shows the clock’s inner workings. The clock is housed in a wrought iron case with twisted columns. The dial face features roman numerals and fluer de lis accents. At the time of cataloging, the clock was not ticking.
