An original conte drawing on paper by well-listed American painter and lithographer Philip Severin (New York, 1894-1986). The simple drawing depicts the backs of three figures sitting on a small grassy hill overlooking a small lake dotted with tall sailboats. Pencil under-drawing can be seen faintly. The drawing is signed to the lower left. It is mounted under off-white mat and presented behind glass in a wood frame with a cloth covering. A wire is attached to the verso for hanging.
