A set of four 1883 Morgan silver dollars. Four coins featuring “O” marks meaning they were minted in New Orleans with a mintage of 8,725,000. Coins are .100 percent copper and .900 percent silver and each weigh approximately 26.73 grams, totaling 105.6 grams. Coins feature reeded edges and measure 38.1 mm. These coins were designed by George T. Morgan and depict Lady Liberty in profile with a star border and “E Pluribus Unum” on the obverse with an eagle holding arrows and an olive branch on the reverse side.
