A framed serigraph on canvas by listed artist Itzchak Tarkay (Hungarian-Israeli, 1935-2012) titled Winding Down. The colorful Post-Impressionistic work depicts three pairs of women seated at cafe tables, enjoying a moment of relaxation and conversation. The piece is hand-signed in ink to the lower right corner and pencil-numbered to the verso. It is set under glass in an off-white mat with gilded filet and an ornate gilded frame. The work includes a certificate of authenticity from Park West Galleries.
