A grouping of Theodore Limoges china. Each piece features a Rococo blank styling with a gently scalloped edge and a hand painted pink and blue floral pattern. Included in this grouping are eleven 9.5 inch wide dinner plates, eight 5.25 inch wide berry bowls, eleven 8 inch wide bread plates, twelve 9.5 inch wide soup bowls, one 10 inch wide lidded soup tureen, one 9.5 inch wide sauce boat with under plate, one 4.5 inch wide insert for butter cooler, one 9 inch wide oval serving dish, one 9.5 inch wide bread serving plate, one 12 inch wide oval serving tray, one 16.5 inch wide oval serving tray, ten four inch wide tea cups, and eleven 5.5 inch wide saucers. Each piece is marked in oxblood to bottom ‘Theodore Haviland Limoges France’.
Condition
- four of the dinner plates have tiny chips to rims, three berry bowls have chips to rim, one has a hairline fracture, two bread plates have fractures and two have chips to rim, three soup bowls have chips to rims, under plate has chip to rim, 9 inch wide oval serving dish written on bottom in permanent marker “Riley”, 9.5 inch wide bread serving plate has tiny chips on both ends, 6 of ten teacups have chips throughout, two saucers have chips, and one has hairline fracture
