A 2012 framed hand-signed and numbered 7/75 giclee on paper after a work by well-listed artist David Najar (Israeli, 1962- ) titled One of a Kind. The vertical print depicts a singular tree with colorful canopy, set against a brilliant blue sky and distant lake and mountain. The print is pencil-signed to the lower right and numbered to the right, floated atop white mat and displayed under glass in a white mat with a marbled filet in an ornate gilded frame. A certificate of authenticity from Park West is included.
