Vintage German Brass Sanctuary Bell
Item Details
A vintage German brass sanctuary bell, marked with the disciple names Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. It is based on Medieval bell, ingraved ‘S. Matheus, S. Marcus, S. Lucas, and S. Johannes.’ The bell is a chased design and is marked ‘Germany’ with a makers mark lion and three lines.
