An 1886 original watercolor painting by well-listed American artist Junius Sloan (1827 – 1900). The watercolor painting on paper depicts an idyllic country scene of cows grazing along a lazy river in the shade of some large trees. The artist’s signature, ‘Junius R. Sloan – 1886’ appears to the lower left. The painting is presented with a white mat under glass in a vintage wood frame.
