An offset lithograph print after the original painting by well-listed American wildlife artist David Maass (Minnesota, 1929 -), titled New Day Cardinals, signed in plate and in pencil by the artist to the lower right. The image depicts two cardinals perched on bare tree branches against a winter sky. The print is numbered in pencil edition 357 of 850 to the lower left. The print is double-matted in burgundy and stormy blue with a v-groove, set behind glass in a wooden frame.
