A hand-painted jewelry chest. The small jewelry chest has a wide base, which narrows as it tapers upward. A hinged, beveled wood top lifts up to reveal a mirror, and is hand-painted with large white flowers with green leaves and brown stems. The chest has five small drawers framed with carved molding. Each drawer is hand-painted with large white flowers and green leaves, and each has a single, silver-tone metal knob with a sunflower motif. The top and sides of the chest are hand-painted with the same large, white flowers and green leaves; the sides also featuring molding.
