Item Details

A 20th-century English bed warmer. The copper and brass bed warmer features a turned chestnut handle attached to a copper pan with a brass lid, which features a large, raised center star, along with star-shaped vent holes, surrounded by a raised, scalloped border design. The end of the turned wood handle retains its original yellow corded tassels. The bed warmer comes with a hand-written provenance on a receipt from Wm. Ferrell Antiques.
