A 1950s Hemphill-Wells fitted skirt suit. This midnight-blue two-piece outfit features padded shoulders, a wide, notched collar, three matching fabric covered button and a single snap button closure, tapered waist, and flared hemline with elbow length sleeves. The maker label on the skirt reads ‘Precision Tailored by Harrods of California’.
Condition
One small hole to the back of the collar.

Taken of items folded for shipping. The jacket laying flat measures 20.5" in length, 15" at the shoulders, 16" at the bust, 13" at the waist, and 16" at the hips. The skirt measures 21.5" in length, 12" at the waist, 16.5" at the hips, and 19" at the hem.
