19th Century Maple Arched Slat Back Shaker Chair

Item Details

An antique handcrafted Shaker style chair dating to the mid-19th century. Chair features three arched slats to back rest below elongated finials. Seat is made from woven hickory bark with a walnut stain. Legs are connected by stretchers and foot pads are present below legs for scratch resistance.

Condition

Various wear to wood frame’s surface. Seat is in good condition with a strong support.
