Vintage Butte Knit Blazer
Item Details
A Butte knit blazer. This navy with white stripes and trim blazer features a collar and lapel, a single white button closure, two straight decorative pockets, and the cloth maker label that is marked ‘Butte WPL 9442’ to the interior of the blazer. Butte Knit was established in 1959 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The knit factory was one of very few ‘vertical’ factories in that the entire process from the spinning of the yarn to a completed garment was produced in one place.
Condition
Shows minimal signs of use.
Dimensions
Taken of blazer folded for shipping. The jacket measures 25.5" in length, 17" at the shoulders, 18.5" at the bust, 18.5" at the waist, and 19.5" at the hem.
