An original 1978 watercolor on fine Arches paper painting by very well-listed Cincinnati artist Jack Meanwell (1919-2005), signed and dated to the lower left. The painting depicts tall grass to the left with a body of water in front of a horizon of mountains and a windy blue sky. The painting is not framed or matted, awaiting your choice of presentation. Meanwell was an instructor at the Art Academy of Cincinnati for over twenty-five years and holds a special place among collected Cincinnati painters.
