A pencil signed artist’s proof woodblock print titled Mandolin by very well-listed American printmaker and sculptor Irving Amen (1918-2011). The print depicts a seated woman playing a mandolin while whistling and looking out the window. The print is marked ‘A/P’ in pencil to the lower margin next to the title and signature. There is an artist biography, sale’s receipt, and Certificate of Authenticity from ‘Renaissance Fine Arts’ in University Heights, Ohio in a pocket to the verso. The print is presented behind glass in a carved gilt wooden frame with pale blue matting with black trim; ready to hang.
