Pair of Antique Matchless Randall Faichney Co. Syringes
Item Details
A pair of antique Matchless Randall Faichney Co. syringes. The syringes are chromium plated brass and were manufactured between 1900-1910. Each is marked Matchless, Randall Faichney Co., Boston. The bottom of one of the bodies of the syringes is marked with a 63 and a 4 and the other is marked with a 77 and a C. The syringes both feature large barrels and metered, detachable plungers and detachable tip fitting. The barrel makes a snug fit with plunger unit, also of thick stainless steel. Provides grip for two fingers and a lever with incremental markings.
Condition
Some scratches on the finish noted, but none that go through the chromium plating. Both of the syringe plungers move very stickily and could use a solvent to improve their movement.
