Vintage Lady's Bulova Platinum and Diamond Watch

A vintage lady’s cocktail Bulova 5AB wristwatch. Bulova manufactured the 5AB movement from 1936 to 1949. This watch features a 90% platinum and 10% iridium case adorned with 44 single cut diamonds, measuring 1.5mm x 1.0mm weight approximately 0.26ct along the bezel and links, and two marquise cut diamonds, measuring 3.0mm x 1.5mm x 1.1mm weighing 0.07ct. Overall weight of diamonds is approximately 0.33ct and are VS2-SI1 quality and H-I color. Dial features black Arabic numbers and blue tinted hands. Back of case is marked ‘900 Platinum 100 Iridium Bulova 75385’. Movements are marked ‘Bulova Watch Co17 Jewels Unadjusted Swiss’ and ‘5AB’. Band is two cords with a 14K white gold fold over clasp, marked ‘14K’. Watch is running, but not timed.
