Harlequin Radioactive Red Dishware
Item Details
A set of Harlequin Radioactive Red dishware. Harlequin was a line of solid-colored dishware designed by Homer Laughlin, the maker of Fiestaware, exclusively for department store giant F.W. Woolworth. It was released in 1936 and ran for nearly twenty-nine years. These particular pieces are in the red-orange color named for the detectable amount of uranium oxide in the glaze. Included are three bowls of varying size and a single plate. Please note that these dishes are not food safe, and are meant for decorative use only.
