A Frank M. Rines original landscape watercolor painting. Rines (1892-1962) was an American art instructor landscape painter from New Hampshire. The painting depicts a bright streetscape in a small town. Bottom left corner is signed ‘F M Rines’ There is a wire hanger on back of painting.

Condition

Wear is consistent with age and use. Frame has some light scratches and scuff marks.
