Set of Navajo Sand Paintings
Item Details
A set of three Navajo sand paintings. The paintings depict Native American figures including Father Sky, a Healing God, and Yei Be Choi. The imagery is made of various colors of sand adhered to a wood substrate in simple wood frames. The paintings are Signed by artists on the back. One has a note describing the subject matter of the image and one includes a certificate of Authenticity including the artist’s signature.
Condition
- minor wear, particularly to the certificates of authenticity, which have been taped to the back of the works.
