Mersman Federal Style Card Table
Item Details
A mahogany, federal style card table, stamped ‘Mersman’, having a later gold painted finish with flyspecking. The serpentine top is hinged and pivots to support the two halves, when opened. The lyre-form base rests on four saber legs with waterleaf carving and brass paw feet. Circa 1940s.
Condition
- original finish was mahogany, later painted gold.
