Three Pages of John Gerard's "History of Plants" c. 1600

Three unframed, detached pages from Book I of John Gerard’s botanical treatise Herball, or Generall Historie of Plantes (first published 1597). Printed on laid paper, it features engraved illustrations of plants along with text. The pages are printed to both sides, so that these three sheets comprise pages 115-120 inclusive.

Condition

- paper discoloration, and somewhat ragged edges, but overall quite good for their age considering that they are unframed/unbound.
