Framed and Signed Lithograph of "Murder of Edith Cavell"

A framed lithograph by George Bellows (1882-1925) titled ‘Murder of Edith Cavell.’ This lithograph depicts the scene of German authorities executing Edith Cavell in Brussels, Belgium after helping Belgian, British, and French soldiers leave the country. Cavell was arrested in 1915 and was shot two months later. The news of her execution spread, even being featured in several stories in the New York Times. The original painting is featured in the Springfield Art Museum in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Condition
The paper foxing is consistent with age. The print has a small tear on the bottom left and some water stains in the same area. The mat has substantial damage.
