A signed artist proof serigraph titled Noazark by well-listed artist Edie Harper, 1975. Edie, wife to Charley Harper and an influential artist in her own right, produces abstracted graphic prints in a style similar to that of her husband. This print is based on the biblical story of Noah’s Ark and depicts several animals peeking out of windows onboard the massive boat described in the stories. Fish swim in the water below the boat, and birds soar above. A figure, presumably Noah himself, gazes out on the water from the far right porthole. This print features a simple, muted color palette of blue-gray, beige, black, and white. The print is pencil-signed in the lower right margin, along with a personalized inscription reading ‘Artist Proof To Doc.
